My TV doesn't show up in the list. What now?

Confirm your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network rather than a guest network, and enable network remote control in the TV settings if that option is available.

Does SonLink collect any personal data?

Remote commands travel over your local Wi-Fi. The app also uses analytics, crash reporting and advertising services. Advertising partners may process device and usage data subject to your consent choices and platform settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Will it work with every TV?

No. Compatibility depends on the local-network remote services supported by the TV model and its settings. You can use in-app discovery to check your TV.
